In my book I wrote about a certain chief of police individual that complaints had been filed against for "Sexual Harassment" and various other complaints. I obtained this information from a former secretary at the police department, who had first-hand knowledge of these activities, which she in turn related to me, including the proof, and, how the "Town Council" covered it up, or was it "swept it under the rug?" Whatever it was it was corrupt.

Well, well, well; looks like the "Town" is going to need a bigger rug . It seems that another secretary, at the police department, has complained about sexual harassment by the very same chief of police. Instead of doing the right thing, the legal thing, she was moved to another department to work.
It also appears that the "Town" rewards its predators by appointing them to positions of even greater power; say....Town Manager, in addition to chief of police? And they had the unmitigated gall to accuse me of having "mental problems;"
compliments of our mayor and former mayor; Mary Nedrow and Kay Dyson, respectively.
I'm going to continue to post comments as long as they carry on with their acts of retaliation.
I also requested the "Town's" financial statement, which is public record, to look for a few specific little items of interest. Haven't gotten them yet, and probably won't.
Most of the "information" I have obtained, regarding the magnitude of corruption, has been gleaned from their very own public records, how stupid is that?

My father fought in this great war, so I might enjoy a life free from the "oppressors", as did millions of others. Unfortunately, the mind-set of our society today has little to do with freedom or the pursuit of anything except winning, at any cost; lying, stealing, cheating, and anything else it takes.

Millions died for their beliefs and desire for freedom, including those with the belief that everyone should be free of tyranny and oppression. However, along with fighting for the freedom to pursue your dreams, the fight was also fought for the freedom to oppress, and suppress, others.

So it goes where I live. The perpetuation of hatred, oppression, and censorship of the RIGHT to enjoy life as I see fit, and the expression of that right, consumes the day-to-day activities of this town and its officials.

It begs the question; What's next, book-burning?

Levingston published a book in July 2008, The Road;Memoir of Corruption and Abuse of Power which turned out to be a page-turning tell-all about the rampant corruption in Springerville, AZ. Needless to say, the Town officials didn't appreciate the lines and lines of "dirty laundry" being aired in public.

To add insult to injury, Levingston agreed to do an interview for Phoenix Channel 12 News, which aired March 20, 2009, Springerville Officials Accused of Poisoning Residents. Three Town of Springerville officials, Chief of Police Steve West, former Mayor Kay Dyson, and current Mayor Mary Nedrow all refused to speak on camera, however, announced that they would be filing a libel suit against Levingston for the contents of her book. Within nineteen days a libel suit counterclaim was effectively attached to an existing proceeding in the Apache County Superior Court, initiated by Levingston, who is a Pro Se Plaintiff. It's no coincidence either that the private citizen involved in this lawsuit is being represented by the Town of Springerville's contracted law firm.

During Oral Arguments on November 10, 2009, in the Apache County Superior Court, the Honorable Donna Grimsley made it clear that she fully intended to "Censor" Levingston's comments on her blog and her published memoirs. Defense attorney Victoria Earle went on to violate a few more Constitutional Rights by announcing to the Court, "Ms. Levingston has no business in this court, and she has no business filing anything in this court." It appears that Earle has not heard of the Sixth Amendment to the Constitution, giving everyone the right to defend themselves in a Court of law. Take one giant step backward for Democracy!

As long as we continue to look the other way, and ignore these abuses they will continue, as they have in Springerville for over 120 years.

"Poor Ms. Levingston, doesn't know how to do this; she must rise to the standard of an attorney in any event. She has no right to be in this court, she has no business filing anything in this court....." Remember the Sixth Amendment?? About confronting your accuser? Well, guess what? The Sixth Amendment also guarantees me the Right to Represent myself, and it doesn't say a word about intruding on the Sandwich-grabbing attorney's territory!

Now then, how about the announcement, "She's filed another one in Federal Court, just so you know judge!" Someone has forgotten that that case is about "Conspiracy Against Rights," when she shot off her big mouth, and me with tape rolling, which I believe the AZ State Bar will be interested in listening to. Not to worry, the tape has been burned to a CD and is in a very safe place. I really haven't had to look for anything, I just sit back and it's all provided to me by these mindless followers. It is a little disconcerting to see a Superior Court judge sit in a supposedly honored position and illegally seize my property and give the sandwich-grabbing attorney everything she wanted, without making her prove a thing. There can be no doubt that she absolutely LIED twice though; once by her own admission, and, once with malice and forethought. Oh! Perjury is also a "count" in my Federal Complaint. With the evidence I have I doubt she can lie her way out of that one

These corruption-mongers are so busy trying to destroy me that they are providing me with all the fodder I need to keep suing them, in whatever Court I please. The Court of Appeals is not as likely to allow "Illegal seizure of property, lying, cheating, and scheming" as the local trial court. But, of course, it depends on if they have purchased a FEDERAL judge. Not to mention the plain and simple procedural and court errors that have been committed; and the list is long.

I don't feel the least bit defeated by the charade in an actual court of law this past week. It's comforting to know that in order to win a lot of lies had to be told, and that opportunity was jumped on like ugly on an ape.

I received a very exciting email, congratulating me on being accepted as an author of a column on an Internet "news" site. I feel very honored, and I have already written and published my first article; "Censorship," with all of the details from the charade I attended at the Apache County Superior Court on Tuesday.

I haven't put the name or location of the site I will be reporting and writing for, sorry, but I can only handle one CENSORSHIP attack at a time. The first article I published was about how dangerous it is in Apache County to even have a "thought" about exercising your Constitutional rights, or any other rights for that matter. Compared to my posts on my blog, what I can write for my new articles will certainly set cyberspace on it's ear! That's because I get to choose my own topics

THIS POST IS ESPECIALLY FOR YOU, SANDWICH-GRABBING ATTORNEY, AND YOUR MONITORS!:

Not that it would surprise anyone that a lawyer would LIE, they have worked hard to earn that reputation. The sandwich-grabbing attorney stood in the Superior Court yesterday and lied right in the judge's face! Later, when she "slipped" and revealed her lie, the judge just let it pass. BUT, I have it all on tape.
Hopefully, the Appeals Court won't be so willing to let her lie.
The most despicable thing I witnessed was her six-year-old-like behavior (tattling) in finding just the right opportunity to inject into the proceedings, "She's filed another one in Federal Court, just so you know judge."
To substantiate the "connection" and agreement to corrupt the legal process; she didn't stand very much when she addressed the judge. Why? Because the relationship between judge and attorney didn't require her to show even the remotest respect.
They tried to pull a fast one, counting on my ignorance, which I admit to, regarding a Motion I filed to compel one of their "buddies" to produce evidence. "He's not a party to this action," was the excuse for not wanting to grant my motion to compel him to turn over the discovery information I subpoenaed; a subpoena this very court had issued. I reminded them that the subpoena I requested was specifically addressed to a "Non-party."
The best part: From all indications the judge fully intends to CENSOR me and what I write on this blog, so much for the Constitution. I don't think the Appeals Court will agree to an order of censorship: Watch this video and be reminded of what CENSORSHIP looks like:

Just for shits and giggles I did some math: 82% of my book is written about the Town of Springerville's corruption; a mere 18% is written about an "individual;" >80% of sandwich-grabbing attorney's "evidence" is pages copied right out of my book; <18% of her "evidence" is from this blog. Interesting results, right? But, "they" will prevail because there isn't a single thing in the legal system of Apache County that even comes close to legal, just, or right. But, I knew that going in. I was stupid for thinking the truth, and proof of it, would make any difference. Corruption is the order of the day!!
The sandwich-grabbing attorney wasn't required to "show" that any of my comments or statements were false. Which, under non-corrupt circumstances, is a requirement of a libel suit.

I have removed ALL comments posted about you-know-who, and, that's as close to any censorship as "they" are going to get.

The "Three Men Make a Tiger" metaphor is alive and well; as evidence by the portrayal of the "poor victim" that has been through so much, to the judge.

I have been a follower of David Icke's work for several years and I find the events happening in Springerville to be right up there with his investigations.

This video is interesting to ponder, to say the least. If the "powers" that control Springerville can figure out how to "Cook the books," this technology is probably something they will look in to.

Propaganda no doubt will be the first thought that comes to the majority of people that view this video. Have an open mind and consider the possibility of such activities. "They" have had microchips for dogs for years now, did anyone actually believe that a way to microchip people wouldn't be realized?

If I had any doubts about how corrupt Apache County is, all of those doubts have most certainly been destroyed! The weapon of destruction? TRUTH! And, seeing and hearing it, yet again, in real time.

I think this blatant corruption wouldn't be so difficult to have shoved down my throat if I wasn't considered just another "Stupid" Apache County resident. But, why would I expect to be treated any differently, look what they accomplished with an innocent 8-year-old! But, unfortunately, because they ARE corrupt, and getting away with it, one has to stop and think, who really is the stupid one? KNOWING something, because you sit there and watch it happen, doesn't make you smart, it makes you a threat, especially if you tell anyone about it; Even more threatening if you can prove it!!

So, let me post just a tidbit of what it's like to be A THREAT:

The on-going lawsuit, which began over 30 years ago when the jerk that bought two adjoining lots decided to change the developer's survey and alter the legal property boundary line; by erecting a fence .55' north of the legal property boundary. After he broke that Federal law, he didn't disclose it in the "Seller's Disclosure Statement." He has since graduated to perjury generally, subornation of perjury, obstruction of mail, obstruction of correspondence, delay or destruction of mail, respectively." BTW, these are all Federal no-no's. He's been really busy, wouldn't you say? He's going to get a whole lot busier too. The postal employee, which BTW, is a Federal employee, that helped this jerk violate a bunch of laws has been reported to the U.S. Postmaster General, so, that Gov't agency can deal with him/her. However, it's been well documented, for over 6 years, that the postal employees of this town have been overly attentive to my mail.

The loudmouth go-to person, that has such a pathetically meaningless life, is also going to notice some changes in the way she and her Mexican paramour conduct the surveillance they have been "ordered" to conduct. What they chose to yell about, on a public street, also might be altered.

Now, the best part; I always like to save the best for last:

Yesterday, Sept. 18, 2009, I attended a scheduled telephonic "Status Conference" at the Apache County Superior Court. That's where all of the parties get on a conference call and discuss the status of the case, sort of, unless you happen to be "Me," in that case, you sit and listen while the sandwich-grabbing attorney and the pseudo-judge discuss the case as if you aren't even there. Being the Plaintiff in this case (the one that filed the lawsuit), it is generally the Plaintiff that is addressed first. Hell, I wouldn't even mind being addressed last, but I would like to at least be addressed. The pseudo-judge, to make it look good, or, maybe it was so she could look at herself in the mirror this morning, actually asked me if I had anything I wanted to bring up. Well guess what? I said yes and began to speak about a certain concern I had, about one of the sandwich-grabbing atty's demands, and I was disconnected from the call!!! I made numerous attempts to call back and be reconnected to the courtroom, however, this was going to be on their terms, as usual.

After about 20 minutes, I get a call from some flunky in the clerk's office, telling me that "they" decided on such-and-such. I asked who "they" were and she stumbled out the usual lie, "Oh, uh, the court." Right!! The only "They" in the court, when they disconnected me, was the pseudo-judge and the sandwich-grabbing atty., so, you do the math. Anyway you look at it, or analyze it, it's always the same....CORRUPTION!!

Not to worry, I intend to post the tape recording of this joke! If you don't draw the same conclusion I did, then maybe everyone else, but the corrupt, are stupid.

Oral arguments are scheduled for Nov., which should prove to be interesting. Although, this time "they" won't get to disconnect me.

This case was decided the minute the pseudo-judge saw my name on it, either that, or, as soon as she was "told" how to rule on it. I don't know why she doesn't just rule and let me get this up to the Appeals Court, this disgusting charade is a waste of the taxpayers money. Wonder who "they" own in the Appellate Court?

Catchy title don’t you think? It’s more than catchy, it’s somewhat metaphorical (for the ‘mindless followers’ there’s a link on my main page to the dictionary where you can look up metaphorical).

I’ve made a list, checked it twice, and decided that the people on that list have not been nice at all. In fact, they have been downright rude, obnoxious, and haven’t watched where they were “walking.”

I don’t think this small-minded “group” of individuals gets it: I’m not going to move and I’m not going away; no matter what you do to me! And, just in case they have been so distracted by their obsession with “getting even” with me, and haven’t been able to see past their own contempt for themselves and their miserable lives; they don’t control
everyone! I know that they are used to people rolling over and playing dead when they are intimidated, however, I am not like everyone else in this “Stepford” town. This is my home and although they think they have been successful at “Walking” all over my rights, they can think again. Not all courses of action will succumb to their corruption.

My “project” is like a double-edged sword; but could also be like a paradox, which is most fascinating. It is designed to “discover” one truth while defending another. I know, it’s difficult to understand but it will become clear very soon to all of my faithful followers.

“They” can threaten me, try to intimidate and scare the hell out of me, beat me down into the ground, or mentally exhaust me with blizzards of “papers.” Unfortunately, I will come up fighting every time. Right is right and it’s just that simple. This is my home, and has been for 12+ years. I worked my butt off for it, cultivated it, loved and cared for it, and I don’t intend to be run off of it by people who hate the truth and are so evil that their lives can be consumed by such intense hate and need for absolute power, over a single individual. How very pathetic; to live for so much hate and discontent.

I may not “win” this, and they might be successful at exterminating me, but, I’m not going down without a fight.

I have noticed of late a somewhat two-sided lifestyle. The "Summer Home" is complete with personal gardeners, a private security force, surveillance equipment, and a whole lot of landscaping! This most definitely is not the same lifestyle that is portrayed at the "Summer Home", i.e., it looks like the personal gardner is MIA for one thing. Although, there is a "guard" at the "winter home," watching things.

An additional, and remarkable, difference is noted in the "motion lights!" I have the identical motion lights installed on my house and an "attempt" was made to have me charged with harassment because of my motion lights!! Go figure.

Being a former Journalist "Freedom of the Press" is something I learned a great deal about. Recently, however, I have learned even more about that peticular First Amendment Right. Freedom of the Press doesn't mean what I thought it did, or what other American Citizens may think it means. It doesn't mean a journalist, or newspaper, is free to print what they want, it means the news media is "Free" to twist the news into anything they want so it reads "Politically Correct."

I recently posted information about a television news story that was done about my book. This post is about the tap-dancing that was done to hack up my story to make it politically correct. Since I'm not able to upload audio files to this blog I am providing a link to an audio file that contains a conversation with the reporter that did my story, under the guise of "Tying up some loose ends." The content of that conversation is blatantly revealing, but also provides what was left out of my story and why.

When I was a journalist I don't remember ever having to clear my stories with a "legal department." And, why would I, the Constitution guarantees "Freedom of the Press," as well as "Freedom of Speech."

I have some very depressing news: A new breakthrough in mental illness has just been revealed:

“Telling the truth is the hallmark behavior of paranoia!”

Sorry to be the one to break this most depressing news; imagine my surprise when I first learned that telling the truth is a mental illness.

I couldn’t find this information in the DSM-IV Codes (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th Edition), however, a former gov’t official has said it, so, it has to be true, right?

Well, I am forced once again to give some credit where it is due.

The ‘neighbors’ have hired themselves a third attorney! This one has all the finesse of a street-brawler, and, she seems to have missed a few classes at law school. However, I must say that she conducts herself like a clone of her clients. She is of the belief that she can intimidate me with personal attacks, etc. LOL Obviously, she hasn’t read my blog; uglier people than her have tried the same insults, personal attacks, threats, intimidation, etc., etc., and I have not been silenced yet. As long as there is a lie alive and functioning I am on it, looking for the truth. Go for it psycho-ceramics!

Oh, I hired an attorney to fight this battle, two of them, and fired them both? Why? Because they had $$$ on their minds, not my interest. They wanted to negotiate a “deal” rather than just get this over with. So, this new street-brawler the ‘neighbors’ have hired thinks because I am representing myself she can stomp all over me with her own version of hate and discontent. Not so! She, too, has obviously been seduced, by the neighbors, into believing that “Three Men Make a Tiger.”
I do know one thing for sure, she’s an exact clone of her clients when it comes to attitude and focus. Which, she doesn’t seem to be able to remain; focused.
She was attempting to delay this legal process as long as she can, whether by request of her clients or her wallet, who knows. However, she wanted me to answer the ‘who, where, what, when, and why! So, to help her get refocused, I simply wrote an amended complaint, as she demanded, and eliminated those issues. Let’s see where she takes it now to delay the process. I hope egg matches her skin-tone, because when this is all revealed in court, she will have plenty of it on her face! No matter who is representing me, there is no argument for the TRUTH!

I have recently been preparing some legal documents, in my never-ending battle with the ‘Town’ and my ‘neighbors,’ and I ran across a few things that I found annoying. After I reconsidered what I had been reading, I realized the truth of the matter; That what I had been looking at had been composed and constructed by COWARDS!!

I read a letter, written by the Springerville Police Dept., to the State Police, the letter asking for the State cops assistance in the issue with my neighbor. Funny, the request was made AFTER my book was on the shelves and the entire police dept. had read it. In this letter, the Chief of Police, Steve West, stated that he was requesting the State’s assistance because he didn’t want it to appear to be revenge for the book I wrote.

Well, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck….it’s probably a duck!

When these Keystone Cops completed their bogus ‘investigation’ and submitted it to the County Attorney, the response they got was all but overt laughter. The County Atty even tells them that the ‘activities’ I engaged in, that were called harassment, were legitimate. Oh hell, I’ll just scan the letter and post it here and you can read it for yourself.

I don’t know, yet, what a Title 36 Mental Health case is, but, they are pointing that suggestion in the wrong direction, especially in light of how “the neighbors” just had ‘his’ death announced. If you didn’t read the post; he had the village idiot stand out on our street and yell over at me, “I hope you’re happy Lynn, Ray passed away!” She not only yelled it once but several times because I was out in the back of my property, in the pasture and only heard her by accident. Now, THAT is a mental health issue!! Not to mention sick and degenerate.

I thought it was immensely amusing. Naturally because I didn’t believe a word of it, but, even better: I had just installed a video suveillance system around my property (I’ll tell you why in a second), and the village idiot was not only standing right in front of the sign I posted on my fence, but, right in front of the camera LOLOL.

Now, why I installed the surveillance system: I read in the State’s so-called report that ‘the neighbor’ had stated; between the hours of 2 and 5 AM he would hear me over here “Doing things!” Ok! Doing what things? And, why was he up listening to what I was doing at 2 to 5 AM? He would have had to have been awfully close to hear me typing on my keyboard, like standing next to me. So, what was he doing? That’s why the surveillance system.

And, as for the request for the State cops to get involved so it didn’t look like revenge? Sorry, Springerville, but, that’s EXACTLY what it looks like. For that matter, that’s exactly what it was! In the ‘report,’ it quotes several things I wrote in my book about the Springerville Keystone Cops, in an unmistakably pissed-off tone.

Those citizens that Officer Tapia told me were insulting the Springerville Cops, calling them “Do nothings,” were absolutely right. Barney Fife and Keystone Cops barely covers the hilarity of these guys. The comments quoted make them sound like a bunch of cry-babies. But, they certainly are NOT cry-babies. They are, however, COWARDS! I wrote the truth, and proved all of it; too much for ya, huh guys?

I think I should just resign myself to the fact that everyone around me is corrupt in some form or another. Springerville is a very small town located next to another very small town, Eagar, AZ. I recently learned, first-hand, that this small town is as corrupt, or more so, than the town I live in, Springerville.

I was blatantly, and in writing, denied an Arizona Constitutional Right. I'll have to keep my eye on Eagar, and, start gathering material to write another book, about their corruption and abuse of power.

This 'interview' was conducted by the Arizona State police, at the request of the Springerville Police Department, and Barney Fife. The sole reason for this 'interview' was to intimidate me into removing my book from the shelves. How do I know that? Because the two detectives that conducted this interview brought a copy of my book with them, stating, "We borrowed a copy from the Springerville Police." It was a scare tactic, i.e., they were going to have the County Atty charge me with harassment and stalking; my neighbors didn't like my yard lights. Too bad I say.

The tape is quite lengthy but worth the time to listen to it. The first Constitutional violation you will hear takes place within seconds of the beginning of this 'interview,' when I am denied having another person present during the interview. It gets worse (or better) from there. Enjoy!

Yes, Springerville definitely IS a predominately Mormon community. How interesting that you knew that. They control most of the town with an iron fist too. We had a new grocery store, Basha's, wanting to open a store here and they had to get permission from the Mormon Church to sell liquor, and then they couldn't call it that, they had to call it 'Spirits' on their outside sign. What happened to free enterprise?

I am always on the lookout for something new to learn and these two pieces of knowledge were no different.  I must have forgotten this information somewhere along the line; it was like reading it for the first time

The first new thing I learned was, well, not really 'learned' but, rediscovered, was the Fourteenth Amendment to our beloved Constitution.  I always 'knew' what it was, said, and protected, however, I now know WHY we have it.

Initially the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution were collectively called the "Bill of Rights," and were not considered binding on states, only the federal government.  It wasn't until the Fourteenth Amendment, in 1868, that the movement to nationalize the Bill of Rights took hold.  That movement continues today, and is known as INCORPORATION; the idea that the Fourteenth Amendment serves as a vehicle to nationalize the Bill of Rights.  Several rights have been 'incorporated' over the years; others have not.  Unincorporated rights include the entire Second, Third, and Seventh Amendments, and 'portions' of the Fifth and Eighth.  Technically, this means that the 'unicorporated rights' are still debatable; that the Court hasn't yet sent a clear signal to the states to start honoring those rights, but many states still do so voluntarily; 'voluntarily' not to be confused with, or interchanged with 'selectively!' 

Second Amendment: Right to keep and bear arms: A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Third Amendment:  Protection from quartering of troops: No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Seventh Amendment:  Civil Trial by jury: In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Fifth Amendment: due process, double jeopardy, self-incrimination, eminent domain: No person shall be held to answer for any capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Eighth Amendment: Prohibition of excessive bail, and cruel and unusual punishment: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Fourteenth Amendment: Defines a set of guarantees for United States citizenship, prohibits states from abridging citizens' privileges or immunities and rights to due process and the equal protection of the law!

Here is where I learned my second piece of knowledge.  Although, I have always believed it to be true of the governing officials of the Town of Springerville, especially the local police.  They actually DO NOT KNOW that the Constitution, and all of the wonderful Amendments mentioned above, exists, even in Springerville.  The one that really clarifies this ignorance to the Constitution is the Fourteenth Amendment; the part about "Equal protection of the law."

Why do I believe the ignorance of the local cops is clarified?  Because when I filed police reports for criminal trespass, criminal damage, harassment, and stalking, my reports were 'disappeared,' even after Butthead admitted to doing all of the above.  However, when Beavis and Butthead filed reports that my yard lights were harassing and stalking them the Springerville Keystone Cops called down the STATE police to 'investigate' that report. 

They essentially, and blatantly I might add, violated my Fourteenth Amendment Rights.  In order to give them the benefit of the doubt, I have decided they are staggeringly ignorant and don't really know anything about enforcing the law.  Law?  What law?  "Oh, now I remember; the laws we make up as we go along; to suit the situation or WHO the person is," or in my case, is not.

I just had to add this hilarious story to my blog, kind of lighten things up a bit.

Last year, in 2007, I had an occasion to elicite the assistance of the Springerville Police Dept., on a Criminal Trespass incident, committed by "The Stalker." Actually, "Beavis and Butthead" facilitated the trespass by allowing access to my property via his property. Confused? Sorry, but it will be worth it when you get to the end of the post.

I was out of town and the officer, that responded to my residence, in Springerville, called me and when he told me what was going on at my house I told him I wanted to file a Criminal Trespass charge. He said, and I swear I have a witness to his comment, "Oh, I can't charge them with trespassing, they were only doing what they were told!" ROTFLMAO!!! I replied, "oh, so if someone tells me to go rob my neighbors house, and I do it, I won't get arrested because I was 'just doing what I was told'?"

Update, October 11, 2008:

I just had a visitor from Dallas, TX. I wonder if he laughed at the Springerville Police Department, and Barney Fife, with an accent or the ever familiar Texas Drawl?

We all know that when a house, or any structure, is built on something as unstable as sand, it will eventually crumble and fall. The same is true of a weak system of corruption, as is found in Springerville. When you start taking scoops out of the foundation, i.e., exposing the corruption, it will eventually all cave in. The most euphoric moment of this kind of collapse is finally finding out 'who' is at the 'top,' giving all the commands; which "Little Piggy!" While you wait for the top to reach the bottom, and revealed for all to see, you get the extreme pleasure of watching the smaller piggies and puppets exposed. You wait for the moment when you can say, "I told you!" And then, you start taking appointments to accept apologies

That would be the case in Spingerville, as I write this. I have allies now and they have bigger scoops than I ever had. It won't take long for this "House of Sand" to collapse. I don't care 'who's' at the top, just stop the ones at the bottom and I will be happy, maybe

If you listen carefully you can hear the 'tap-dancing' and scattering of rats, trying to find a new hole to hide in.
